Meeting of rectors of NUBiP of Ukraine and Pomorsky University in Slupsk: strengthening the partnership
On February 20, 2025, the rector of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine Vadym Tkachuk paid an official visit to the University of Pomorsk in Slupsk (Poland). The purpose of the meeting with rector Zbigniew Osadowski was to discuss the development of bilateral cooperation and prospects for expanding joint projects.
A double-degree agreement has been in effect between the universities for a long time, which allows students to obtain diplomas from both higher education institutions. During the meeting, the rectors discussed the success of implementing this program, which opens up new opportunities for students to develop professionally and integrate into the European educational space.
During the conversation, special attention was paid to student and teacher exchange programs, which are an integral part of cooperation. The heads of universities discussed the expansion of the number of participants in such programs, as well as the further integration of the experience of teachers and students of both universities into the international scientific and educational space.
During the meeting, the rector of NUBiP of Ukraine Vadym Tkachuk noted the importance of close cooperation between institutions, which contributes not only to the professional development of students, but also to the enrichment of educational and scientific approaches. He expressed gratitude to his Polish colleagues for their support, as well as for working together to create conditions for academic exchange.
Rector of Pomorski University in Slupsk Zbigniew Osadowski, for his part, expressed readiness to expand the partnership, initiate new joint projects and support students and teachers of both universities in their quest for academic achievements.
This visit was another step in strengthening the partnership between NUBiP of Ukraine and Pomorski University in Slupsk, demonstrating the desire for joint development.
