ALL-UKRAINIAN PEDAGOGICAL INTERNSHIP OF YAKUSHKO K.H.

 In the modern day, it is important to address the issue of finding opportunities for lifelong learning and professional development for each specialist, particularly those working in higher education institutions.

To achieve this goal, over 6 weeks and 6 credits (180 hours from September 30, 2024, to November 10, 2024), K.G. Yakushko, a faculty member of the Department of English for Technical and Agrobiological Specialties at NUBiP of Ukraine, underwent an internship titled "Enhancing Communication Efficiency in Higher Education Institutions" at Poltava Agrarian University. During this internship, she attended a course of lectures, participated in discussions on the issues raised in each lecture, and presented her own perspective during the exchange of practical experiences on the application of these communicative methodologies in the educational process. This included her report, "Development of Communicative Skills in Students of Higher Education Institutions with a Technical and Agrobiological Focus," which was shared during interactions with students.

We consider participation in this and similar internships to be both useful and informative, suitable for developing the pedagogical expertise of all faculty members of the Department of English for Technical and Agrobiological Specialties, as well as for K.G. Yakushko (as a representative of the department) in particular.
