The faculty is headed by a dean who carries out strategic management of the faculty's activities, determines priority areas of scientific and educational work, ensures the development of international cooperation and the introduction of innovations into the educational process. The dean coordinates the work of the departments, is responsible for organizing the educational process, improving the qualifications of teachers, as well as for forming a positive image of the faculty among employers and partners.
The management structure also includes deputy deans who manage individual areas: educational and educational work, research activities, international relations, organization of internships and internships for students. They closely cooperate with the departments and student self-government, contributing to the creation of a favorable educational environment.
An important role in the management is played by heads of departments who are responsible for the quality of educational programs, methodological support of disciplines, the development of scientific research in the field of food technologies, safety and quality of agricultural products.
The coordinated work of the faculty management is aimed at training highly qualified specialists capable of working in the conditions of modern challenges of the food industry and the agricultural sector, as well as at the integration of Ukrainian education into the European educational space.
