The Faculty of Food Technology and Quality Control of Agricultural Products trains highly qualified specialists at both the Bachelor's and Master's levels for the food and processing industry, with a focus on the quality, standardization, and certification of agricultural products in Ukraine. The faculty's educational approach aims to develop a new generation of specialists—engineers and inspectors in the field of food technology—by adhering to modern educational standards that are aligned with the best global programs, serving both the public and private sectors. Throughout their studies, students receive comprehensive theoretical and practical training in state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with the latest technology.
The Faculty of Food Technology and Quality Control of Agricultural Products is the main educational and scientific unit of the university, which provides training for students of the Bachelor's degree in specialty 181 "Food Technology" (Food Technology; Technology of Health-improving Food Products; Technological Expertise, Quality and Safety of Food Products; Restaurant Technology), 229 "Public Health" and the Master's degree in specialty 181 "Food Technology" with specializations "Technology of Storage, Preservation and Processing of Meat", "Technology of Storage and Processing of Aquatic Bioresources", "Nutritology" and 152 "Metrology and Information and Measuring Equipment" with specialization "Quality, Standardization and Certification".
