The Department of Silviculture is an educational and research structural unit of the Education and Research Institute of Forestry and Park Gardening of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
    Start of activities of Department of Silviculture dates back to the sixties in Novo-Alexandria Institute of Agriculture and Forestry (Poland).
      The Department of Silviculture provides educational, research, cultural and upbringing activities in preparation specialists of educational degrees "Bachelor" and "Master"; implementation of scientific and technological results in forestry; preparation of postgraduate student and doctoral candidate and fulfillment of other activities in accordance with a statute of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine.
