International Activities of the Department of English for Technical and Agrobiological Specialties
The international activities of the Department of English for Technical and Agrobiological Specialties are conducted as part of the University’s development program, “Holosiivska Initiative – 2025.”
The department's faculty work on implementing the strategy for international activities, expanding and deepening international relations, and promoting the development of international cooperation in education and science.

The department's international activities are carried out in the following areas:
- Academic and scientific collaboration with international scientific and cultural centers in Ukraine.
- Assisting students and university staff in participating in international programs and taking certified English language exams.
- Encouraging students to learn English.
- Organizing and facilitating mobility for faculty and students.
- Regular participation in seminars, lectures, round tables, workshops, and training sessions offered by America House, Cambridge University Press, Express Publishing, Dinternal Education, and the British Council.
- International internships for the department's teaching staff.
- Assisting with delegations from abroad.
- Organizing meetings between students and representatives of international companies.
- Participating in international exhibitions.
- Conducting international scientific-methodological conferences and seminars.
- Promoting the university abroad during faculty participation in symposiums, forums, conferences, congresses, and seminars.
- Identifying international programs and projects for future involvement.
From June 5 to 9, an international qualification enhancement seminar was held in Warsaw as part of a joint project between the University of Reading (UK) and NUBiP of Ukraine titled “Capacity building of Ukrainian researchers for sustainable livelihoods: socio-economic development.” The event was moderated by Dr. Sarah Cardey, Director of the Graduate Institute of International Development, Agriculture, and Economics (GIIDAE), Emma Beskizza, Global Partnerships Manager (University of Reading), and Associate Professor Alla Kravchenko from the Department of Philosophy and International Communication (NUBiP of Ukraine). Alina Volodymyrivna Klaptiuk, an assistant from the Department of English for Technical and Agrobiological Specialties, served as a translator during the theoretical and practical sessions of the seminar.

 
 
On March 24, 2023, the Department of English for Technical and Agrobiological Specialties organized an international scientific-methodological webinar. Representatives from educational institutions in Ukraine, Canada, Germany, and Poland participated in the event.
